Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — no credit card required. It includes up to 5 tables, QR ordering, kitchen display, and basic queue management. Upgrade to Growth when you need WhatsApp, analytics, payments, and GST reports.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Free onboarding for all restaurants during our launch year. We'll help you get up and running.
How does WhatsApp billing work?
WhatsApp is included in Growth and Scale plans. Meta charges ₹0.58 per conversation — we absorb the first 500/month. High-volume restaurants pay overages at cost.
Does DINORO take a cut of my payments?
No. We pass Razorpay charges through at cost (2% UPI, 2% card). DINORO earns only from your subscription.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at end of billing period. No lock-in contracts.
What if I have multiple outlets?
Each outlet is a separate restaurant on DINORO. Scale plan supports up to 100 tables per outlet. Contact us for chain pricing.
